Tickets are issued on behalf of The Helix and are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The event may be recorded live for use in the form of sound recordings, television, video tapes and other means of audio and audiovisual reproductions.
- The Helix regrets that tickets cannot be transferred or refunded after purchase, unless a performance has been cancelled.
- No flash photography or sound recordings may be made without the express permission of The Helix management.
- The Helix reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove persons on the grounds of public safety or anti social behaviour. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. In the event of lateness, admission cannot always be guaranteed.
