HANDEL’S MESSIAH
Back by popular demand, Enchiriadis Treis Choir are pleased to present their much loved annual performance of Handel’s best loved oratorio “Messiah”, with thanks to sponsorship from Lyric Radio.
This years performance will feature the Enchiriadis Treis Choir of 120 voices, acclaimed soloists: Majella Cullagh (Soprano), Cliona McDonough (Alto), Nicholas Sharratt (Tenor), Charles Jonhston (Bass) and the National Philharmonia Orchestra, leader Clodagh Vedres, conducted by Dr Marion Doherty Hayden.
Messiah is Handel’s great oratorio. It is an unforgettable musical experience that has never failed to delight and uplift audiences worldwide, since it was first performed in Dublin in April 1742
Enchiriadis Treis has presented Handel’s “Messiah” at The Helix at Christmastime for the last number of years. It’s an essential Christmas treat for family and friends that should not be missed. Early booking is advised.
